Thanks to Caylin for hosting this for us.
You've probably all noticed by now that there is some new, crazy formula to determine what the losing side pays for perks. This is calculated on a planet by planet basis. So, if you're winning on Tatooine, losing by 2 on Naboo, and losing by 50 on Corellia, you'll see different prices as you travel from planet to planet.
The new formula to determine "loser" prices, courtesy of Ragnaat, looks like this:
(1+2*(Losing Side / Winning Side))*base
To find out what the score is, you simply talk to a recruiter of your faction and ask what the status of the war is.
Anyway, I sat down last night and constructed an Excel spreadsheet that does all of the hard work for you. All you have to do is change the numbers in the yellow box to reflect the score on whichever planet you're standing on at the moment.
For Imperials, I also included a prejudice box where you can enter your prejudice modifier to see your prices.
To help me with some other research, I would appreciate if some Imperial Non-Humans could chime in with what their modifier is. It's fairly easy. Just find a recruiter and see what your perks are listed for. If you're losing, input the scores in the correct field, then adjust the prejudice modifier to match what the recruiter is listing your perks for.
As it stands, I know the following:
Human 1x
Twi'lek 1.5x
Zabrak 2x
Bothan 2x
Wookie 3x
That leaves me needing:
Trando
Rodian
Sullustan
Ithorian
Anyway, enjoy the spreadsheet.

*giggle* I'm so stupid...
Anyway, yeah the loosing side pays less for faction perks. It's to encourage them to buy more things and go kick ass.

The sheet's working for Master Smuggler...
You're just looking in the wrong column. The first thre columns are Non-Smuggler numbers.

Yeah...Rebels are still getting the 10% FP bonus for winning the CoA story. So, they're only paying 72.73 c/FP for their perks.
Imps are still paying 80...and it doesn't appear to take our 30% discount for losing CoA into account.

Nice work putting this together already dreven
One thing that might be useful to add in the future, and something I had dropped into my spreadsheet that i slapped together to figure thigns out would be a table to keep track of the GCW status on all planets in your galaxy as well as a quick averaging of the current price of perks.
This way if the place i've been buying perks for cheap (say Lok) suddenly has some opposition bases blown up and things aren't so cheap anymore I can easily look and see where I can start looking for the next place to buy.
"oh, we were getting our asses kicked on naboo last I looked, guess I'll head to moenia and see if its still cheap there"
It also helps in trying to determine what a "fair" price is for goods if you don't want to get into the habit of always having to tell your clients you'll get back to them with a price.

Indeed, great job!
Mmm I have to check if Bothan Rebels still get that additional 10% discount on perks.
