In case people were too busy consoling Veela - latest news is that SOE hopes to have the servers up by 6:00PM PST.
So 3 hours - get out, enjoy the sun, read a book, or if you're like me - contemplate why you had to eat at a restaurant the previous night that has a history of giving you food poison
this works out to my advantage....5th year anniversay is ...here,and I can take the wife out without worrying that someone else will be ableto test out the bomb droids before i will ![]()

What cracks me up the most is the second part to that post.
That somehow the forums will be effected during this time and players may not be able to log on. It seems like whenever something gets screwed up or just plain ole borked there's this problem.
Starting to think it's a conspiracy to prevent as many people from flaming SOE as they can.
Second, Apollyon, come on, have your anniversary dinner in game, be a REAL gamer
I've often wondered what it would be like if my gf played swg, or even liked starwars for that matter, but then I always tell myself that we'd probably get into some argument over the specifics of Tusken Raiders or something, at which point I would feel ashamed of my incredible nerdity.

First off, people need to not use PST. Everyone knows EST is the REAL time zone

A Time Clicky for KECK
Think there is any chance that the server crashes are due to the giant flood of new players that bought the total experience today? Nah, I didn't either... seems more like they only thought to test the new publish for 3 days.
Hell a buggy expansion only takes a couple weeks to test... a buggy publish should take three days at that rate.
Welcome new players! (sigh)
