I have read several goodbye posts by jedi since pub 24. Is this for real? Are we losing lots of jedi? If so...

Doubtful any Jedi are truly leaving......same tactic they used for the CU

Why are they pissed? The publish didn't nerf them, did it?

There was some changes they didn't care for. They have been crying, threatening Devs/Corrs/Mods SOE in general and crying their standard "THE END OF SWG IS NIGH" because they didn't what they want.
Honestly no one cares but them. 32 professions watching one act like a total baby and laughing in their face about it.

Actually you can pretty much do this with any update to any MMO .... some population always gets pissed off and 'leaves' ... or at least threatens to.

my Jedi stopped walking the galaxy not long after post-cu. save a few quests and special occasions.
She will walk no more forever til she gets LS dmg, or some sort of boost, as its just depressing after all this time to roll with her.

Let me tell you something about jedi.After cu playing with jediless funny than playingwith mysmuggler character(For rp playing with my smuggler char was allways funny than playing with my jedi char but you know there isnt much people doing rp)....After cu Jedis just nerfed nerfed and nerfed(And yes post-cu jedis have300dps sabers....)now we wont see any jedi in gameand this means i lost my months fora worthlessjedi char.(Actually 2 year because i dont like grinding)anyway maybe this make gamemore funny without jedis.Cool actually i want to see no jedibut there is one problem after jedis willquit how much players will be in this game?And deleting a profession doesnt make this game more funny for other professions

The hatred is because many feel the game caters to Jedi, jedi feel they are the biggest nerf'd profession, kinda a big circle of confusion.
Its true swg uses jedi as a big advertising plug. just look at the tutorial, I am a jedi but consider my main toon a ch, the funny thing is Jedi really are an average profession. once they were stronger but not today.
I think the catering to jedi's stopped about publish 10 lol. Yea they got alot of attention then but it was for the village and fs stuff too. It was also the time jedi changed for the worse. Anyways before Jedi evryone hated CH, yes it's true everything said about jedi was said about ch. There will always be one profession people focus they're anger on. Me I focus my anger where it belongs at soe lol.
Yes alot of people are leaving after pub 24, it has nothing to do with jedi, remember every jedi has an regular character. The publish 24 problems are more the fact of the game falling apart again with huge bugs and problems than any jedi specific problem. Other than the snares it's the way publishes are pushed live unfinished is what started the revolt. And half those people who were banned and in on the contraversial threads were non even fs lol. It wasn't just a jedi thing, Its just were the mutiny started.
Something simular happened at the ch foruum a year ago. Contrary to popular belief people do leave. Heck just look at all but a few servers, most are devoid of life. except in two cities your lucky to see anyone lol. What I see going on ingame reflects a large problem that has yet to be acknowledged and solved. The dam is leaking and the water is slowly running out without enough rain to replace it.

Yeah, its no smuggler revamp, but its still sorta fun.
