Better to have Veela as an independant, as a games journo she might be able to fly info through the NDA blockade that poor old Wes cant do for legal reasons

Those are both extremely good points, and two of the structural reasons Veela's so valuable to this community.. not to mention her personality, which is wonderful both for this place and for smuggling out extra information to us.

Wes just finished university, back a while ago i remember he was looking for a way out if we felt he was incapable of doing the job, but as I remember everyone was very willing to keep him in office. Veela would do a great job, and if it was possible, I would definately support making her Vice Correspondent of the Smuggler Forums.

However, as I see it Wes does a good job as well, and deserves the opportunity to pass down his title on his own accord.

Only if we give him a vote of no-confidence (and my latest polls show that almost everyone supports him staying aboard, myself included). I don't know Veela but from what I'm fast learning she's a fine Smuggler comrade. I'm not sure you can thrust Correspondent on someone involutarily though, lol. I don't think the Corr. are ever given the full story, and that fact should not be held against Wes. I glad we have a second source of information coming from Veela with her "underworld" contacts.

We need to add something to the smuggler's code...

Heretofore whenever any smuggler should post a link within a thread discussing Veela, said link must be take the clicking smuggler to a page displaying a photo of the ravishing lady. Any smuggler breaking this rule shall be punished with the flinging of many pies in their general direction.
