I see it online now but I can't log in at all. Just says "Connecting to galaxy" endlessly.

We created our own personas, our own histories, and it all blended into this wonderful, magical experience that I will always remember...

That magic is gone now, but I'd pay 50 bucks a month to have it back.

Afraid I made my character (Wes Belden for when we all finally get in btw ), then tried to make my way to Doaba to meet up with TLB; instead I got kicked off the server ... waiting to get back on.


It amazes me how people stand around the frog (seriously, there was a thick wall of avatars surrounding it, right outside the starport), or if they're not standing, they're remaining near by/in the city fighting NPCs/each other. Either they weren't around to learn from the Village test on TC-2, or they just don't care .


Anyway, I'm sat on Ventrillo listeningwhile Dreven, Joras and Ipseckkill things

Things to do while looking at the "Connecting to the galaxy..." screen:

I call this Blind Windows Bluff.

Grab the little "connecting to the galaxy..." window with your mouse, as in click-drag...close your eyes...randomly reposition it...release the mouse...randomly move the mouse again and, keeping your eyes close...try and find the cancel button...
