I was thinkingabout grinding up a smuggler there, but testing should be about testing, and NOT GRINDING FOREVER to get to the point that you can test.

I'm refusing to grind on the grounds that I've had 2 master smugglers in the past on TC, which I worked for and didn't frog and both have been deleted. I do however wish you luck in your grinding.

don't bother with SIN on tc... just not gonna get the people there...

use TCPA

its a universal chat room that a fair chunk of the tc population uses

best bet to find a group to level with is probably out of New Unity on Naboo near Theed, but ask in chat to see if there are groups out.

I'll be on if the servers up (see sig) if you need stuff, although most can be had by asking in chat.

As for choosing to grind there, now, well, that's your call, i wouldn't particular suggest it given the amount of down time recently... much different situation on that front then when is started toons there over a year ago. But if you dont' want to wait for the live mirror/frogs, or you need a break from your other toons then go for it.

Theres a difference between what testing you want to do and what testing they what to accomplish / get covered / what is needed on a test server. Its not a matter of paying dues or something equally elitist, its just the style of testing that goes on with a server like that. You call to hop on there or not, but theres nothing inherently wrong with the setup.

Well, I don't know of any plans to delete it... my chars haven't been deleted since i started there (and Axob knows how long ago that was)

the problem right now is that they are in a testing plan where they "pause" TC-Prime and all it chars and vendors and such, and then use the hardware for the live mirror/frog servers.

so your work isn't wiped (and there hasn't ever been a mass wipe of everythign since the server was created) its just that it might not be online when the time comes that you most want to use those chars. (like in a few days when the servers change and TC-Ahazi shows up and that's the only place folks can log into)

I still have the same 2 char's on test center I started over a year ago but the normal TC is not always up. But when they add the frogs to TC then you lose char when it resets to nomal TC. My wookiee on TC was a jedi once but reverted back to the marksman/scout when server reset. So if blue frog is on server you will lose char when they are done testing.

Don't accuse me of testing just what I want! Most of the times that I jump on any of the TC's it is to test things that both I and the devs want.

There IS nothing wrong with the current setup. I just get tired of TC Prime people acting like they want to remove the frogs and ridicule the efforts of players who do use them to test. I'm not going to sit back and take the verbal abuse from them.

And Ragnaat, I'm not trying to bust you balls here. I'm just speaking up from the bull they dish out.
