I tried to givea grenade the first slice for Critical Strike, and it now requires a Simple Toolkit.

Critical Strike always has required a simple toolkit for the first level slice.

No it hasn't...All the first level slices are supposed to not need any compnents. I would /bug it.

Yes crit tier 1 always needed a simple tool kit, tier 2 finely crafted and tier 3 delicate trigger.

Well then I guess I was bugged the day before pub 20. I was slicing tier 1 for people in theed and I didn't have any tools in my inventory.

This might be an issue, because I was also slicing tier 1 without tools. However, it was only two of the three slices that didn't need a simple toolkit. I can't remember which was which though. Sorry.

There talkin about Critical Strike...And I beilive you always needed a toolkit for the first tier of that particular Slice...

Yeesh, I thought it was only my customers that dont understand there are completely different systems/stats for the different weapon slices...

"I want a tier 4 damage slice"

"Damage only goes to tier 3. That will give you an 8% total change."

"But I got a 12% on my carbine last week!! You're scamming me!"

"Was it a speed slice?"

"Yeah, what's your point? Damage is the same thing."
