Did anybody else laugh when they saw not only the announcment of today's "hotfix", but also an "Issues" thread, and a "Feedback" thread for it?
That's a joke right?
If they were going to do text fixes, the least they could have done is added some descriptions to some skill boxes...
Instead, lets all run out to Nym's and see if Jenkins says the right line...

If Tiggs has been told to make those posts as part of her job, then that's fine.
But if Tiggs took the "initiative" and made those posts herself to better help the community, then she needs to re-adjust her focus and priorities.

I'm sure it's somewhere on her list of expected duties...
- "Post today's hotfix note(s)." ---- CHECK!
But still...there's gotta be somewhere where even she could draw the line and say, "You guys want me to make a post about THAT? They'll laugh me out of the forums."
Honestly...who actually pays attention to the quest related conversations anyway? I only look at them enough to see who my contact is and wether or not I have to kill them. When one NPC stops talking to me, I just move to the next one in line...it's not that difficult to figure out.
I just thought it was kinda pointless...though it did give us something new to talk about today...the forums have been kinda dead...

now now... it takes 5 secs to post and it should be SOP to post, read and review patch note threads for signs of regressiosn (especially with TestCenter down most of the last week).
I don't think they really need "feedback" on nyms conversion and how it could be done differently, but a positive acknowldegemnt that it is indeed working is useful, and there should be a place to post "but you can't do the next mission" now messages if they came up.
Would I have loved to see a few other thigns addressd by now - yup. Am I glad this whopper of a patch wasn't called 10.5 - yup. Does Tiggs deserve criticism for posting a few threads... not in my mind.

(my reply was more directed towards max's comment that she may need to recheck her priorities)

I prefer to have the stuff posted despite how rediculous it is. There was a time when we NEVER got update notes and we were ready to riot ... now that we have them ...we should count that as a victory and encourage more of the same (even the laughable ones).

yeah, several of us have asked about the crate pull issue on that thread and she is sidestepping the question.

I like the hotfix too, but i wish they could have told us as soon as they put it in. Little more communication.
