I'm thinking of using my respec to go Master Smuggler (not sure if i'm going to add MBH or MPistols). If I go MBH I know that the high cap scatter is the way to go, but if I don't, I was wondering what pistol most Smugglers use?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I mostly use a Featherweight FWG5 myself. I have a renegade pistol too, but I don't use it much since it's not as high end as my featherwieght is. The renegade is certified at Master Smuggler, does energy damage, and has simillar stats to the scatter exept for the energy damage. The featherweight is just level 54, Kinetic damage, and slightly better stats and also adds an extra +15 accuracy.

I am using my Perfectly Calibrated Pistol (gun?) a lot, does better damage than my Renegade pistol...

FWG5 for kinetic dmg, and for energy I have my Kryat dl-44xt with scope. There is only a 40 pt dmg difference between the two, but if kinetic isn't getting the job done one attack later I will be.

I still haven't found anything better then those two, except my Proton Carbine for the added range.

I agree the featherweight is great. I also use a Trando suppressor pistol, and the Deathrain D50. THAT is a deadly pistol.

I use a featherweight, or a Pre-CU Mod Rep Blaster, or my new favorite, my Kashyyyk Stalker Pistol.

i keep a KYD-21, Prefectly Calibrated, and a host of other crafted pistols around just in case, but i haven't had to use them in a while.

Not being a Master Pistoleer myself, I too use a capped Featherweight FWG5. Damage capped, SAC capped, Full crit slice, with 32% damage Power Ups... She was crafted with the new BH Mark parts, so has a total bonus of 77 Accuracy including the +15 from all Featherweights.

That's my baby and of course, ADK'ed...

My spare Blaster is an Ion Stunner from Avatar Platform, speed sliced and powered up for speed too. Damage isn't amazing, but combined with the elemental damage she kicks out, I get a 890 Mod DPS like that, so for taking things down real fast, or laying states on mobs so my team can pulverize em, it's superb.

Also ADK'ed...

The Perfectly Calibrated, Renegade, DE 10, Kashyyk Stalker, and others are good, but as a strict user of pistols, these two are by far the best I've come across for my needs, yours may vary though.

I have 2 identical guns oddly enough:

Featherweight FWG5

Dmg - 396-966

Speed - 2.0

SAC 79

DL44XT

Dmg - 396-966

Speed - 2.0

SAC 79

They were made with the same tissues and I gave them Speed Slices on both down to 1.79

I used speed because I am a Smuggler Commando and only have 85 to speed. I also speed pup them and their Modified DPS is 831.
