The bad part is that they may have actually had something useful to say. But, once I saw they were doing the traditional plea for somethingrather than what the thread was intended for, I ignored the posts and just got it out of my unread count. This way, it's easier for me to find legit info.

I am honestly surpised it took this long. I love how the response was a double post too.

C'mon guys, cut him a little slack. hehe...I know I have been guilty of doing more than one bone headed thing on the boards.
They are referring to the thread Caylin started for Correspondent posts only.
Correspondent Posts Only Please: Developer given Smuggler feedback.
Caylin started that particular thread so we could look in one place and get all of the communication from the devs without having to sort through hundreds of threads and replies. It is good that you are participating in the community but the Correspondent Only thread is really for Caylin to communicate to the other smugglers.
