No idea on what's happening with my Jedi since TC-Bria isn't up, but this isn't the Jedi forum..

Seems tools are no longer used in slicing? Thanks, I run a smuggler business that sells clamps/knives. I have about 125 crates of each. What will I do with them? I guess I just have to throw them away...

Jedi seem to like the pixie.. -20% mind and mind costs for Heals just nerfed that..

This is just great. A few hundred K in resources wasted, and half my business gone. Thanks a lot SOE.

make booster blue.. and be glad you know abut the tool change now instead of in a couple weeks when they hit live... you can shut down the factories and sell what you can in a last ditch effort.

OMG thissuuxorss the lasrer nife will become a lightsaber for smugglers to use waaaaa I'm the only one that should be abeel to paly this gam gud. the smugllersa re getenig toooo much form the devs Jedi shudpawnn allll.

This pretty sums up any response from the Jedi community if any other profession gets an help at all. They won't be happy untill weare all CL 1 and they have enough Jedai powers to be every profession in the game all at once. I for one will welcome something to make ourprofession more worth playing. To all of those that have a storage room full of backstock, I realy do feel bad for you. I have made it a point to dump as much of my supply of WUK's, AUK's and Clamps as is possible since the CU. I just make them as I need them. I have about 20 - 30 crates of laser knives that I will be stuck with though. Before they nuked them, I had 300+ Pups that reduced my action costs with pistol specials to the point where regen would cover it. Now I have 300+ Pups that enhance accy +18 and reduce my DPS by about 50 on a FWG5. So we all are getting bugger'd by SOE in one form or another

This is ridiculous. The man has a valid concern and we are just sh!tting on him.

Look man - you have posted 3 (at least) rants about the same thing in different threads - the choice is simple...

1 - Sell your current supplies at blow out prices. And find joy in hoarding spice - cause if they take that away from us - they will be worth a ton.

2 - Use your respec and go BH - you sound like you may fit in there. With all your "The earth is falling" cries.

The point is - there are choices and courses of action to take - crying will not help.

I mean come on. Yes the slicing system is updated - but its not fixed if weapons are breaking at the rate one of the other members posted.

There are larger concerns than hearing your story of woe.

THis just proves ya can't please everybody...

What on earth are you smokin man, resources cost f all if ya get them yourself, and since stats mean diddly, what's the problem???

Use junk resources that cost nothing, what do ya lose? a couple k?

Pixie is still huge for almost everyone else...I use more pixie than any other food/spice.

It ain't that bad, and if the slicing is even close to functional you will make your money back very quickly.

We finally get some love and cry cry cry...wow..lol

And now my official opinion: Didn't like it when Doctors got their CURB heals without any items, don't like it now when Smugglers slice without any items. Too much "magic" involved for my taste - next thing you know, you'll just get an innate gun when you get a certain skillbox instead of buying the actual gun and equipping it.

For anyone who hasnt been a smuggler for at least a straight year, I'm sorry, but shut the heck up. We have been waiting/begging/hoping for this since this game went live and if you want to complain about wasting crappy resources on equipment/spice that get no bonus from using high level resources, thats your problem. And if you still want to complain either:

A) Dont do it on OUR forum or

B) Drop smuggler and leave this profession to the dedicated players.

I am sick of repsec smugglers acting like they dont get anything. Talk to me once you have held the master smuggler box for over a year then I might take some of your complaints to heart. Until then, keep your gripping to yourselves. We finally got some love, unlike Jedi who seem to think they are the center of this universe.
