Definitely. It was this forum and the people in it that dragged me out of the FD blues.. a couple wild theories with Zane, a bit of masterfully cynical banter with Spinning, and suddenly it was okay. This place feels like the Bat Cave.

Since I first heard of this game, I wanted to be a smuggler. Pistols I was my first skill, and I have never surrendered it or marksmen or unarmed.

I have always and will always be a smuggler.

OMG the five star someone just game me on this post shot me to Wing Commander...lol

I dropped Smuggler after a year of having mastered it, it's still one of only three professions I have mastered on my only character, had to drop it to pursue unlocking an extra character.

But I am still proud to have that Profession Badge on my bio sheet, and I am even more proud to be able to participate in this forum and the GREAT smuggler community, no matter how much flak we may all get from time to time!

Smuggler is a statement of intent, as far as i can see. For that reason if no other i'd keep it. The other reason is posting on these boards, and some of them may even be reading this.
