I'm thankful that after 16 months I'm almost pistol speed capped 
I'm also thankful tha the smuggler forums > all other forums

Be thankful that you are still alive. A lot of people who were here last Thanksgiving are not now.
Be thankful that you live in a free country with rights, and that there are brave men and women who are giving their lives every day to ensure that this country continues to be free.
Be thankful that you (or someone who cares about you) can afford to blow $15 or more a monthso that you can play this game. There are far too many people who can't afford to do so, or even eat regularly.
Perhaps you've already thought about those things, and are just looking forward to next Thanksgiving. But next Thanksgiving isn't promised to any of us, so appreciate this one, today.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of us who celebrate it today.

Thanksgiving? It is soooo last month. 
(for thoses not getting the joke, I am Canadian, and Canadian Thanksgiving is, you guess it, in October.)

Oh, on top of all that, I am grateful for the great community this forum is. Make Smuggler that much more enjoyable to play, with great partners in cri.. I mean, fellow law abididing citizens. "whistle innocently"

Mm better keep politics of any shade and form out of the discussion, would hate to see this Thanksgiving thread closed. I would "not" be grateful for that.

Do you have ANY pistoleer? lol
I'd love to see Selusa be speed cap simply because he has 0 pistoleer and that he is a crafter / smuggler. That would mean like +65 needed in skill attachments hehe...
After doing BH pistoleer/ smuggler I can't play a combat class without speedcap... so I'm doing bh carbineer pistoleer on my alt.
Speedcap both of those babies... ------------------------
But to say what I'm thankful for... the community of great people, the game that neglects us, and the people that make me laugh.

No offense Jag, but the Thanksgiving we are talking about is an American holiday. If someone wishes to be thankful for the things my brothers and sisters have chosen to do with their lives, I have the utmost appreciation for it. You may not agree with things going on in the world, but it's obvious you don't understand the meaning of that sentence.
You made that statement political, not the person who posted it.

PS- I am grateful that this is the first Thanksgiving I have been home for in 3 years. I am thankful that my family does not have to worry about where I'm at or what I'm doing. I am thankful that we have a holiday like this, even though many people forget the true meaning of it. Not political here, just honest.

Damn I wish I had an edit button. I didn't mean to alienate the non Americans. I was trying to state that I understand that some people have problems with the US, but that should not diminish the sacrifices that some Americans make. In other words, you don't have to respect the institution to respect the person.
