11% for effective on armor is the lowest now? Since when? When I was smuggler its been 15% lowest for armor and weapons no matter which slice I got.
Some answers would be much appreciated.

As a master I have had several below 15% on weapons and armor, lowest I have had is also 11%, several 13% though. Highest is was 44%

i was at slicing 4 and got a 9% which pissed me off, but hey, what can you do? lowest since master is 14%

I was slicing earlier today for a guildie and got 12% effectiveness slice. Luckily I was doing it free ot he would have moaned

The ranges are different for weapons and armour, and for what gets sliced.
For Master:
Weapons (Speed and Damage) range from 15-35%
Armour (Effectiveness) ranges from 11-35%
Armour (Encumberance) ranges from 20-45%

Back in publish 8, I got a 9% slice as a master but I don't remember what it was on. And I have gotten a 45% enc slice on a PSG of all things. Really felt like beating my head against the wall.

I know you guys prolly wont belive me since theMasters range in slicing is 11% minimumbut as a Master the lowest slice I recieved is a 7%. I still remember what it was too, a piece of composite's effectiveness. Needless to say the customers was po'd. The good thing is this was, I belive a flux, I almost never recieve anything but 22%'s as my lowest on anything.

I'm 40 slices or so away from master, and the lowest slice I have gotten is an 11%

back to back 11% Eff , thats sad at master lvl, yeah make it harder for us now with no more auto pull that needed to be done befor all the other probs.

These are the generally accepted ranges; if you get a slice outside these ranges take a screenshot as proof and post it here. It would be helpful to the entire community to know if other values are possible, but frankly without a screenshot we can't just take your word as gospel

Since they're making JTL a trigger reflex whatever based system...why don't they do that for smuggler? like they have some sort of wire interface or something and you have to rearrange them right, and the faster the better the slice. And then like sometimes its really advanced, and sometimes its easy, but the really advanced ones if you do them fast you get a really good slice. Or maybe like more advanced items with better stats require more advanced puzzles.
