what percentage of the time is low blow working for ya in pvp? Im master pistol, with dirty fighting, and it is only working lie 2 times out of ten!

it really depends on alot of things....your accuracy...their defense vs kd (from skills)...and even perhaps anti-KD food.

heh...I thought this was gonna be a LB v. PvE thread...
Seems like the last few times I've logged in and actually tried to kill something...no matter what it is...I get the good ol' "Your attack failed to knock down your target" message 9 times out of 10.

PvE most definately. Just won't stick PvP though, Might be because i'm cl 56....but who knows

Working like it should? Sadly, No. Working "as intended"? Yes. It will put an un-noticeable debuff on your opponent in either PVP or PVE.

We shouldn't call it low blow anymore. It lost all its glory (knockdown like a swift kick in the genitals should do).

The reason I originally took up smuggler, because I was losing the TK KD. But it supposedly reduces their combat speed. I lay it on for our melee types.
But it should be a knockdown! Doesn't it do it for you male types?

Low Blowhas been dubbed "Slow Blow" by me.
i think we should all call it that from now on... either that, or "Useless shot"

not at all. I use low blow in almost every solo PvE battle I am in. and means significant less damage to me.
I know alot of people feel cheated because it got nerfed, but call it useless is a bit much.

ok now another question for u cm smugglers, will the debuff from low blow and thyroid rupture stack? if so i have found my new template.

I could live with the fact that it "just" slows the opponent down but the debuff is way to marginal.
A kick in the nuts usually does more than only "slow you down a little".
