I say, since we have general ranged mods, we should move the pre-req to Ranged Support IV. Also, give general melee mods, but I think I'd be okay to leave the Unarmed IV per-req.

I like the ranged COB idea. A lot.
Would be nice to have a knockdown move as well other than Firearm Strike.

That's what low blow should do (even say so in the description). Also, cant say other than Firearm Strike, as that is a Pistols move, not our move.

Smugglers Luck:
Lowers Smuggler's Ranged, Melee and Weapon Defense by 280
Increases accuracy of enemy attacks by 300
Multiplies Damage dealt to Smuggler by 10
Disables Smuggler's ability to slice, make spices, talk to any faction recruiter, or understand/speak any languages for 7 months.
Personally I think they need to change all smuggler moves into moves that can be done with melee or ranged. Change the names of the ones that say "shot" into something else to reflect it. I also think the pistol requirement should be changed to ranged support, that way we can pick what weapon we want to use.
Does it really matter what we think though?
