Thread: We are due for a Dev post

Been 2 weeks since the FD fiasco and Tiggs =), so if they stick to their usual schedule of dealing with Smugglers, then we are due for a Dev to post some inane, useless comment in the forums soon in an attempt to lift our spirits for another 2 weeks before the next thumping.

But that would show an unusual insight into the profession's problems and issues from the Developers, wouldn't it?

They did that. They said "Wait for the announcement" and then left us to look for this mysterious announcement. They figure that would keep us occupied for a bit longer then they can think of something else when we start wondering where the annoucement is.
Then they simply said "Smuggler revamp, don't hold your breath" (this is a paraphrase of TH's Magic 8-ball/Fortune Cookie response, not a direct quote...)

I think that they think we're so good at smugglering (That's right Smugglering) that this forum is damn near imposable to detect. thereforethey "Move Along, Nothing to see here, Move Along."

Heya folks just wanted to pop in and say we are still working on some ideas for maybe doing a smuggler revamp sometime maybe. We've got a lot on our plate now what with the impending addition of the maid, garbage removers, air conditioner repair, librarian and town drunk professions. But I want you to know that we are definitely maybe thinking about doing a smuggler revamp.
The other day we actually took five minutes away from working on the art for the maids dusters to think if we could do your revamp before 2010, maybe. Just really want you to know that we haven't forgot about you, well a few of us did, but I showed a picture of Han Solo and informed everyone that he was a smuggler and then everything was cool.
We definitely want to maybe do something for the smuggler profession, we're either going toscrap it all together or maybe change the name to useless piles of pixels with good fashion sense. It's still up in the air, I just wanted to show face here so that you guys won't cancel your accounts cause I have a family(insert car of choice) to feed, peace out.
