3. It's possible, but to make lots of money you'll have to establish a big FP selling business, a large-scale slicing contract or three, etc. I'd say most smugglers really don't make much money as smugglers. A small percentage are pretty rich, though.
4. My memory is long and bitter and I remember everything. The answer here is also "???????"

Seriously, we don't know anything. Supposedly, we're being worked on right now. Supposedly, our revamp will come next after the CURB. But when will the CURB even begin alpha testing? How long will that process take? How long will it take to work out the bugs out of a total combat revamp? Once that's complete, how long will a significant smuggler revamp take to put together, especially considering a number of other noncombat professions will be getting revamps at the same time? You could put together a fair minimum time estimate--4 months?--but as for a realistic long-term estimate, there's no way to know. It could easily be another year. It could go another two years, who knows.

And as for what's in our revamp.. kind of hard to tell when there's no real indications it's even begun.

1.It will either happen with the Combat Upgrade or a little after.
2.Probably very little.
3.Peopleusually tipme between 10k-20k for slicing a good weapon of theirs...which usually takes about 30 seconds.

a) does it improve combat? Not really, because the specials are Pistols specials and Pistoleer sucks, truth be told
b) is it fun? It was. But the constant struggle to even get a glance of recognition from those in charge grinds your hope away
