I just wanted to say- It's been a hell of a couple of weeks.

We've been beseiged by respecters and welcomed everyone of them.

We've been attacked by Jedi.

Called out for Nerfs by Jedi- in threee threads (one of them on our own board).

And slandered by a dude- who turned out to be a Jedi!

All this and we have rallied as a community- and not one of us has ended up looking like a simpleton, child or idiot.

You are beautiful and I say, thank you!

It's only going to get worse- if we do indeed get the revamp we have been promised since day one-so stay strong all. I'm proud to be one of you.

I expect the best.

I expect it will all be fine and that Jedi will be removed from the public eye. It's only a matter of when it is done.

I say we take a hint from Ep. 3 (you can read on, no spoilers here seeing as I haven't seen it myself!) and try to systematicly wipe out the jedi... I mean, if the movie starwars galaxy was anywhere near this one, I would be all for wiping out the jedi too! And we can see, in KOTOR 2, that this wasn't the first time...

I'm just starting to get the feeling that Jedi's hate us, and I also think I know why.

Just look back to the origional films. There we had Luke, the whiney farmboy turned jedi chode. Not really a cool character, no style, no skill...not even a super great pilot. That's Jedi.

The you have Han. Suave, charming, not whiney. Good pilot with a good sidekick (as compared to Luke's sidekicks...two droids) and Han get's the girl in the end...and he's got more style than he knows what to do with. That's Smuggler.

So in the end it comes down to envy, yes the Jedi envy us. They work their butts off, grind untill sanity wanes, and then once their sitting at home, glowie bat in hand...they realize that they still aren't as cool as us and that they'll never get the girl. Because they're all to busy out grinding or being pvp dorks while we're chillin' in cantina's, enjoying a nice cold one while chattin' up some fine Twi dancer.

I haven't been around the boards for very long with this name and I often lurk rather than post but I have to say thatthere is no other community around like this. Personally I am not a respeced Smuggler but I have no problem giving tips to the smuggler nooblets as long as they play nice.
