General Notes

Star Wars Galaxies is now rated Adult. All players under 18 can no longer be allowed to play. We realize that this will decimate the Jedi population, but we think this is a positive change for the game.

Pistoleer

Dual Wielding is now here! Amaze your friends with fancy pistol spins and tricks!

Holsters are here! Show off both your best pistols with our new, low-slung holsters! Pistoleers get a special dual-holster setup!

Due to technical constraints with the new Dual Wield system, Pistoleers will no longer be able to actually shoot their weapons. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to geta fixpushed to Live sometime before Publish 36.

Ranger

Chef

Due to your reaction to our last set of Publish Notes, we have removed the Chef profession from the game. Current Chefs will be able to /respec toRanger or Creature Handler. How do you like us now?

Bio-Engineer

Removed all pet schematics from the profession. Anything that benefits Creature Handlers will be eliminated.

Bio-Engineers can now craft food and drinks that the "profession formerly known as Chef" used to make.

Commando

Reduced damage of all Commando weapons by 90 percent, and added a 3000 meter blast radius because it's really funny to watch you run after aggroing everything on the planet.

Dancer

To celebrate our new Adult rating, Dancers have a new dance! Use the /lapdance command and... well... I think you get the idea. Now that all Dancers are hawt female Twi'leks, this should give Dancers more of a role in the game, and bring more people to the cantinas. Enjoy your new audience!

Ranger

Smuggler

To continue what our Forum Moderators have started, we are nerfing your beer and pie. You are now limited to Kool-Aid and Crackers. We were going to give you Pop Tarts, but taking anything else away from Rangers would just be too cruel.

Creature Handler

It is my intention to commandeer one of these ships, pick up a crew in Mos Eisley, raid, pillage, plunder, and otherwise pilfer my weasly black guts out......wait, I'm a smuggler - back to crafting spice! Ahh, crap! Can't even do that anymore...guess I'll just sell FP. Can someone please tell me when Han did that in ANY of the movies?
