Someone named GreenMarine; is standing in front of the Starport in Bestine on Bria...
Randomly asking this question; but getting no response.
"How come medics heal dancers dance but smugglers don't smuggle?"
??
Isn't he the Dev that is supposed to be handling the Smuggler's Revamp?

Interesting... he's acting like a PC, keeps changing his position and spcifically targets individuals as they run by.... and directs his question directly at them. Each time the question is asked.. the /mood is changed.

Hmmm... ok so it would seem that it is an NPC actor placed there... I just noticed Tiggs standing not for away doing the same thing but saying "Join the Empire!" ... as mentioned in a thread below...
But still...
GreenMarine's phrase caught my interest; since I had read here that he was supposed to have been handling our Revamp that seems to have been lost somewhere?

just made a mon cal to check it out
odd, cause greenMarine IS the one who was supposed to deal with us, and a very similar question was posed to devs in the last house of commons or whatever, and they scoffed at it.
maybe something's about to happen?
or maybe they're making fun of us? which, if it's the case, omg that's the last frelling straw...

It was just an NPC placed by a player who named it GreenMarine and made it say that.

how does a player make and place an NPC in the middle of a city?
unless it's like a merchant barker droid except a humanoid...

A few minutes ago I watched someone walk up to him and say...
"OOC - The Smugglers do not Smuggle, because according to the Smuggler Boards a Developer named GreenMarine abandoned them and his superiors no longer care about them..."
Then they walked off... thought that was kinda amusing.

your meant to use them to instruct people to your events which you get in hotels.
What people are doing it going out of the town, begin to deploy them. Hop on to their speeds and finish the deplyment within the town. So yes it's probably a bug and they are using them as no skill requiredMerchant Bark droids and calling them after Devs and Players and making them say "clever" remarks.
