Thread: Hi, my name is Keck, and since the CU, I have NEVER successfully used Last Ditch.

Anyone else? I either incap, miss, or more frequently, both. Sometimes, it doesn't let me even perform it! I have actually taken it off my current toolbar, because I needed the room for my food stacking.
So gee, I guess it needs nerfing. It's a roll of the dice, that tends to favor the house, but hey, it COULD change the outcome of a fight. assuming it hits, and you don't also incap off it, and your HAM is just so. and the wind is blowing in the right direction. and a brackaset sneezes on Dath while a Bantha takes a dump on Tat. and leia and vader dance a jig. together. in the squill cave. at dawn. while it's raining on dantooine. you get the picture.

Yeah, I have to say that I've had little to no luck with LD myself. With a special that has such poor odds at saving your butt I fail to see the need for a nerf.

I swear to you it was working last night when I was dueling that other chick. Just give me five minutes to recover.
PS I've had some nice last dtich when I remember to hit it in time

i'v used last ditch a few times, only once did i not end up incapin myself but 7 outa 10 times i hit and do some good damage. a few times LD was enoughto kill the MOB that i was fighting, but most of the time it knocks there health down enough that i can usuley getthe kill in once i recover

I've used Last Ditch with a good degree of success: it's a matter of knowing when to queue it up.
In PvP, your average enemy will try toknock you down when you're below 25%-33%, and a great counter is kd recovery followed by last ditch.. and it only works as good depending on if you ate incap recovery food or not, otherwise your opponent will get up before you and DB you.Also, if there's multiple people around and you're a big enough target such that several people are hitting you, it won't work.
Smart enemies will try to use a delay attack (disarming shot or startle shot) when you fall below 33% - and there's really nothing at all you can do against that, except die. At least that I know of, yet

I've used FD repeatedly and I have NEVER unsuccessfully used it in PvE. I don't rely on it though, it's justto takedown that last critterwhen I getmultiple same-level agros.

Hi, my name is Raquin and not only have I never gotten off Last Ditch, but I've also never gotten FD to work for me either. Doesn't matter on the situation, how much I work on my timing, practice...nothing. I always end up flat on my back, growling at the incap timer.

Granted you were a sneeze away from incap before he did that already. A Chuba with a bad attitude could have incaped you at that point.
Does that mean Keck = Angry Chuba?
