Welcome, and we hope you can add to our constructive environment! We are all enthusiastic about our Profession and we love the idea of welcoming new creative minds to the fold. There are just a few things that we'd like you to be aware of before you post.

1. First off, before adding your two cents, please be aware that there is an FAQ that will more often than not answer your questions. Please, before asking a question, make sure you become closely acquainted with the FAQ.


2. Second, there are many on these boards that have the habit of flaming new users for asking questions that have been answered before. Please don't let that scare you away from the forum boards. We would like to hear your ideas and thoughts related to this profession.


3. Third, many smugglers have left the game recently. They had grown impatient with the direction this game was heading. Again, don't let that scare you away. Please see the game for what it is and for the possibilities of where it could go.


4. Roleplay. We have fun here. We love playing the role of a scoundrel, and we invite you to do the same.

Oh and if you feel like kicking off the boots and relaxing, read "A chuckle for the Smuggler".

while it is nice that you are directing people to the FAQ, doing so while denegrating those who have been smugglers for a long time and are fed up with the crap being spewed by the Devs and those that flame the morons who cannot seem to comprehend the "Smuggler FAQ: click here before posting" sticky containing the answers to most of their questions, is just really poor form on your part. You could have been helpful to newcomers without taking a jab at those who were here before you, but I guess that is not your style.
