Now, personally, I'm going to be out of the country for a few months...not returning until October or so, so the wait will be a little easier for me.
But frankly, things have just gotten into the dangerous realm of "boring" lately, and I find myself logging inless and less, putting more of my time to the mindless beat-em-up nature of CoH.
What's everybody else doing to stave this off? I'm curious, because I'm fairly sure that I can't be alone on this.

Like you Sav, I haven't been playing much lately or contributing unfortunately.
It's not that I stopped having the usual amount of fun, but Itook a break. My attention wandered and the weather has been getting better for the beach where I am.
Also during this break, I've been hanging out with friends more often, reviewed my politics, hunted down a few more DVD's for my collection, read some interesting books, and a bit of everything and anything except gaming of any kind.
The desire to RP will hit me again. I feel the tug now, but I've got more to do elsewhere.
Naw, man. You are not alone.

I am hording faction points for the factional starships. I am hoping they can be held as deeds, and not placed directly in your data pad. If so, I plan on selling a crap load of TIE's on my vendors.

blowing all my credits that I've save up without doing anything. Got a load of crap really. Just bid on a geo with mind dot and I ain't even a fecking pistoleer anymore. I'm starting to regret it. Also started a character on TC so I can see what is in store for us. Starting over again is kinda fun. First thing I did was earn enough money to get rid of the noob clothing. Then it was get every novice skill possible
I think I'll grind survying off on a marco tongiht so I can get that copper ready for slicing. Having played on a server before I already know what to expect and won't be making the same mistakes. (well minimise the mistakes anyways,I spent 3k on a damn survying tool when there was one in my inventory already:smileywink

First, I'm finishing up my Triple Mastery. After that (and a little during that) I'm visiting all of the places I was unable to when I had wimpy combat skills (and the new places which I still couldn't visit if I had wimpy combat skills), getting all of the POI badges and any other badges I hear about as well as whatever special mission rewards I can get, and very much looking for ways to make tons of cash (not selling faction).
There's so much I haven't seen since I originally spent so much time doing crafting-type stuff that I have quite a bit to see and do until the expansion arrives.

*sigh*
I started dropping smuggler skills so I can master pistoleer and be semi useful in attacks. But luckily, by the time the expansion comes out, I'll have plenty of xp saved up to remaster..well, except spices, but that shouldn't take too long.

hardly play much anymore, just a couple times a week to get btched at for charging some fandom ruck 10k a slice. /zone has become my favortie emote.
They can afford 20k buffs daily. They can have all krayted weapons, full sets of 70% comp, but when it comes to slicing they accuse you of all kinds of crap when you want more than 2k a slice. Pathetic.
