Jedi in the movies are not the same as this game.

In this game, Jedi are common soldiers during the GCW. In the movies, Jedi are ambassadors, protectors, and investigators. They did not engage in fullscale combat unless they were in command.

Yea um, well, SWG has made me appreciate exactly what the Emperor was doing when he began the Purge. I'm not saying the massive oppression of other races and ordinary citizens is cool, but the Purge, well, yea.

those xenos are only confined to their homeworlds because the majority of them were sepratist states during the clone wars,

and the ordinary citizen in the mid-rim to the core aren't really repressed, besides only terorists, rebels, and others trying to undermine the New Order are sent to the spice mines or other forms of forced labor as it were

i know with the dismanteling of the holonet news travels slowly from system to system, but surely you dont live so far outside of the trade routes as to be that beind on current events in the galaxy

What's going on devs? You finally fixed slicing - but did you? This thing is nerfed with bugs galore and drops you cant getunless you group with other players to kill some uber beasties - and for what? Capped slices, and no-one interested in getting an item sliced anymore (unless they played pre-CU and then they think you've scammed them as the slice is so low). You had the scope to do so much but yet again more jedi 'fixes' took up space in the publish. We've put up with being ignored and being the poor-mans pistoleer for ages now, can you not just get it sorted?

You said it yourselves - the smuggler is designed to be the best crowd controller in the SW universe, he isn't at the moment, but will be in the future. When, and how?

It's meant to be a MMORoleplayGame.

Not a MMOLetsShootLotsOfThingsForPistolAndCombatExperienceGame! Where are the chances to roleplay? The smuggler missions? The chance to sneak people past blockades, or a 'special package'? There are so many opportunities to do something great with this character template (and others) but all your time seems to be spent placating jedi and sorting out their gaming experience in a galaxy where there is only meant to be Yoda and Luke against The Emperor and Vader!

I for one can't wait for another Jedi Purge and i bet Palpatine can't either!

He'll get to destroy more jedi and we'll get some development time.

well Hayden and Natalie didn't really have great lines or great direction to work with. you can't put all the blame on them
