can anyone teach me how to make the upgrades or how to get them for my subcomponets of my ship.

Huh?
Seriously though, are you a shipwright and asking how to make use of subcomponents? Or are you a pilot asking about putting subcomponents in parts you already have on a ship? If it's the former, that's easy - just craft the upgrade you want to use, and use it in the "optional upgrade" slot when you craft whatever it is you're crafting. If it's the latter, you can't.

I am working on being shipwright and wanting to craft. It ask me for upgrades and i do not know how to craft or get them. I crafting tool does not show any of them

Oh. I believe you need a crafting station to make those. Just stand next to one and open your crafting tool - you'll be able to craft the upgrades the same as you'd craft anything else.
They are optional - you don't need them to make anything - but they do boost stats so you'll definately want to use them.

Go to the artisan forum and read the stickies about basic crafting, then come back here and read the stickies in this forum.
