There's like, Mark II blaster, then (guessing on a random name) "Ioncom, Mark II blaster"
what is the difference? Both of them could be equip level 3, but is one better? Is there a list of parts and which ones are better?

Parts can change the appearence of a ship (hutts and black suns the most) most will not.
As for weapons the mounting can be different but biggest difference is the color type of bolt it fires check faq for list.
Engines and boosters can change the appearence of ship (the booster that looks like roll cage around it give larger exhust pipes) engines can be dual or single exhaust.
