Thread: How do I load parts onto a new chassiss?

I made and went to the chassis dealer, got my chassis, but can't load part into it. Do I need to be a higher level? I am only novice at the moment

Depends on the ship you made. The chassis dealer will sell you a ship, even if you can't fly it. If you try to generate a ship into your datapad and you don't have the cert for it you get an error message.
However, if you got the ship into your datapad, go to a space terminal, select your ship and then select "Manage". That puts you into the management interface where you can add or change components in the chassis.
