OK so they devs stated they 'Removed CD as a requirement on Engines for Speed' So I thought I would test this out

My 2 types of steel I tried

CD:998

OQ:888

CD:300

OQ:996

As Engine spped is based on OQ/PE you would think that the second steel would produce better speed. Nope got the same speed of 75.6 on a Mark 3 Engine

This is not the only item I have crated and the stats for the materials have been ignored
