I have noticed that some components such as capacitors and shields will have odd numbers for capacitor outputs etc.
for eg : i saw a lvl4 looted cap on a vendor which had the energy output as 1354.89/989.02
I thought both theses numbers had to remain the same.
also when crafting capacitors even though i get a "great success" with good experimentation results i still have mrk 3 caps that...
A) are no where near as good as lower lvl looted caps
and
B) sometimes have an energy output figure of 0/990.74
can anybody pls explain to me,ifa cap has output of 1469/800 will it work on the first number or the second?
and what do you all think of the looted caps being better than what we can craft?

the first numberis the current amount of energy in the capacitor. Crafted capacitors don't have any energy in them, because they haven't been put in a ship and charged. The ones that you see that have a larger first number than second number have been overchg using an overload command via droid or flight computer. You should only concern yourself with the second number.

This I don't agree with. I don't use or even have any overcharging commands.
I have a shield with 1600/1200 and a cap with 1234/800 or something similar to that...(At work...don't have exacts)
This is just a visual bug. When you launch they will have the correct numbers.
