It can be made with only a little more than 40k mass. With absolute perfect resources a shipwrightcould theoreticallycraft you a 41k mass one. Since nobody probably have that good resources, you should not expect more than 40,700 I think. And for that you will most likely have to pay 5-10 times more than for an average 40k ship.
