Thread: yt-1300 max mass?

I just made one with 5mil mass. Is that right? That seems like a hell of a lot. I tried looking though the stickies. Saw the firespray only gets 200k+ mass. So 5mil seems off....what's the max mass for this level of ship?

Yep, in fact I wouldnt even bother with mass, experiment on Hit Points. I have one and it only has 400k use out of 5mil...

quite so. all the master-level multiplayer ships have just under 5mil mass before experimentation, i think it was a dev typo, maybe supposed to be 500k and added an extra zero... oops!

It was the simplest way to make Multiplayer-ships remotely useful.

Basically you can put any equipment on without having to mess around with mass, which is the tradeoff for having a huge target, naff acc/dec rates and using a crew of three+ pilots.

The Firespray has around 210k mass, and it is not a multiplayer ship.
