There is no way in hell the RE system will come out with two parts of different levels, he stole from you. Name him on your galaxy forums, if you see him spamming ingame, stand next to him and spam that he is a thief, and while you're at it, report him to a CSR if you still have the chatlog.

Make it your mission to ruin his business unless he apologises and gives you back your item, its the only way to deal with scamming little gits like that.

This is what I think happened myself.

I understand the process well enough that I even knew what the finished part would come out as. I double checked the parts just before I handed them over to him to make sure they were the right ones. They were the only two caps in my inventory too.

I know the officers in his guild so I am expecting that there will be a resolution to this.

Same here. RE'd thousands of parts. Never got back more than one. Never got back the wrong level, etc. You were scammed.

Yes, you were scammed.

Do us a favor and post his name on our board here. I'd recommend that you post their name on your server forum as well as your server trade forum. The community has alot of power. Don't let people get away with it!
