Thread: POB weapons... is it just me but....

I have crafted a few of the POB weapons. To me all I feel is we get new firing graphic for 250k and a weapon that is comparable to some lvl 10 weapon loot.
I realise that atleast Railgun vs shields starts at around 0.750 etc etc like the other crafted weapons but to me they need a better damage on them. So far from what I have seen of these weapons and comparing them to my loot weapons (most un-re) if mass was a factor for the ships that use them then a really heavy 70k mass lvl 10 weapon is a better choice then a pob weapon.
Now I know pvp weapons just plain old hit hard but for somehting with a mass of 250k thats alot of weight to play with weapon housings,lenses etc for firing off a larger more powerful laser...
Now use pve for an example I think we could see a few more YT, Nova and Decimators flying around if people in them are able to do a really good punch from a turret. As it stands its the same old why take a POB ship with 4 people into space with 2 turrets when you can take 4 fighters into space and have anywhere between 4 -12 weapons all just as powerful as the POB weapons. Would love to see the POB weapons get a damage boost to make them a real 250k mass canon.

Heres mine from my main Ishabada
Null bolt

DMG! 2446-4327.7
VS shield and armor 0.54
EPS 29.6 (ACK! this will stop the pain soon)
Refire 0.350(This is better than the quest reward ummm guns my roommate uses)
I made this using the Max DMG intensifier and my greatest (obiate) resources. I was hoping the dmg would be much more than just a graphic change. As for getting POB ships into combat...The devs have to make the turrents counter the pilots movements which is beyond the scope of this game engine Im guessing. otherwise gunners will never hit a damn thing.
FYI I use this gun in my Y-8 with a weapon cap built solly for regen...1150 total regen 61.1 mass 100000
