I bought JTL based on the assumption that with the limited time I had I could do ok at shipwright
due to the fact that they didn't make shipwright profession like every other crafting profession in the game and decided not to include factory support
I am going to request a Refund from SOE for JTL and I was wondering if anybody knew the parties to approach to do so
I personally find it totally inappropriate for them to change the basic principles of the game for crafting making it infeasable for someone with my lack of time to do any kind of quality job relating to it
Anyway..enough of my private rant
does anybody know who to approach,, or start to approach?

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. 
As a casual gamer myself, I'm not finding the same frustration as you, though I can understand it.
Where did you purchase JtL? Can't you return it to the place of purchase? Some stores allow that.

Doh, nevermind, lol. I answered my own question...sorry, it's late. lol. I guess it's impossible to return JtL once you've activated the key.
