Thread: How to order a firespray?

Can anyone tell me how I should go about ordering my firespray? Contact a shipwright and tell him I would like to buy one, or try to buy all the pieces and give them to a shipwright and ask him to make it? Thnx,

you will have to search around, they are pretty rare, you cant just walk up to a shipwright and ask them to make you one. In order to get all of the parts, you will have to do around a thousand REs, which can be pretty hard if your not a shipwright 
Even if you find one, expect the price to be anywhere from 5-10 million credits

oh yeh, i know the price, im looting the dwb every day to pay for it. im just wondering if i should collect the disks or if the shipwright would do it and charge you for his services.

only a shipwrite, through reverse engeneering, has a chance at getting disks... and even then he need 8 unique one's. (i got 15 disks and not one set yet... as i have posted in other threads hehe)
So one way to help, is sell your favorite shipwrite all your loot for the same price the chassis guy buys it. make sure you make a deal with him and get his word he will sell u one , once he manages to make a set and get a schematic.

OMG! That is amazing! I mean, it makes no sense why a Tusken would have a starship vendor, but I talked to him, got the wp, and he did! And it only cost 12k! I guess thats because the game was set up where NPCs dont adjust their prices to the player market. But anyway, I can never thank you enough!

Yes you could buy the disks and then have a shipwright make youa ship. One note, if you do this you will have one VERY happy shipwright, as one disk will yield a multi-use schematic. I'm not sure how many, but 3 or 4 use sounds about right. Unless you ask for all the ships.

LOL, um, wouldnt the schematic be mine since the disks were mine and I would just be paying him to make the blueprints for me? I mean...am I being greedy here or just plain realistic?

Greedy, no. But he can't trade you the schematics from his datapad. If you only ask for one ship, there is still a few more uses left. Which is why I said ask for all the ships. Best way to do it would be to bring all the resources too, asking someone to make you 3 or 4 master level ships with his resources could be expensive.
