For a couple of days now the extractors I dropped have disappeared. The waypoint exists, my available lots are gone, but no extractors. 5 out of 9 have disappeared and so far the CSR have not been able to figure it out, however they are trying. I fear they will poof before I can recover them.

They won't poof, they'll just keep pulling credits from your bank account until you can recover them... of course if CSRs can't find them, you might want to eventually consider emptying your bank account instead of going bankrupt maintaining harvesters you can't use.

Well, at 100k a peice and the value of the resources, I'm hoping the CSR's find them.

Actualy if he empties his bank account and lets the harvestors decay they still won't poof. They go condemed until he pays them, and they take up their normal lots.

If they reach condemned you should get a wp in the e-mail (may even happen with the maintenance empty e-mail)

I have the waypoints, I just don't have the extractors. Now someone else has placed their extractors directly over where mine should be. I'm not sure, but I think I'm screwed. Over 2yrs of playing and 2 accounts. Thats alot of time and money! Sure wish that meant something.
On the bright side, at least I don't have to worry about storing the resources I was collecting. Oh wait, never mind.
