One per faction - Deci, Nova, YT-1300 and the Y-8 for all as a quest reward (ok the sorosub is also but you can't equip it). These are all currently cert'd for master pilots.
The other multi-person ships are not considered POB. Actually any ship that has an interior that a player can walk around in would be considered a portalized object of POB.
We all hope to see more of them in a future expansion, esp. with the very good changes on Test Center (TC) currently.
