I just RE'd an awesome level 6 cap and the flipping RED didn't budge!! I tried doing another part and same thing. I thought this was fixed??

That fix is scheduled to go in on pub 24 according to the test center patch notes. Not live yet

This bug has only been fixed once awhile ago, and i think it got broken agani right away.

What is the extent of the bug? Just capacitors? Just level 6?

I haven't seemed to have had a problem...they seem to RE just fine.....

(Helps if I was on my alt for posting lol)
