I have it on good word that is the date they release it.

Let's just hang in there. I know we are all excited about the coming changes in pub 24. Let's not let that excitement catch on fire

I won't flame... instead I'll point out to you that since Pub 24 has been intended to be live tomorrow... but has been postponed.. it has revealed that they intend for pub 24 to be before TOOW.
I've explained this in more detail in another post...

rumors do not = truth
they tried to put it out today, it wasn't ready, i'd rather it come out in march and work
