Has anyone noticed across the galaxies that capacitors are not dropping with +900 energy and +40 recharge rates?

I used to find level 4-8's that dropped with these stats, and now they are all <900 and <40 (many less than 800, 35).

i have found plenty of great capacitors recently, i just REd this:

cert level 6

10k mass (a little high i know)

1129 storage

48.4 rechrage

i have also REd a couple in the 45-47 recharge range

I am quite Happy, though my lvl 8 will be better

Yes that is right and it is level 6

In regards to the original poster tho, I have actually gotten a bunch of extremely nice capacitors this week. Probably 6-7 with 1100+/40+, so it may just be a lull in the random loot drop for ya currently.
