Hello.

Have done 70-80 reeng. sessions so far, and I guess that there is no guarrantie that I got some disks out of that.

The question is that will I see from the result that it is a firespray disk? I mena it goes realy fast some times and just wan't to

make sure I don't miss anything.

How do you see it becomes a disk if I'm lucky?

Thx.

You will get a message accross your screen, something to the order "Something falls out of one of the components." You will STILL get the REed product you were making. The Firespray disk is a circular data pad, similar to the credit disks pilots earn in space. If you're not sure, just look through your inventory.

The disk will be clearly labeled too. It should read something like Kuat Firespray Disk (1/8). You need a complete, consecutive set of disks, 1-8, to make a 3-6 use Firespray schematic.

I have a question in regards to this. I have 2 of the disks (thank goodness not duplicates), but I too have Reverse Engineered a ton of items and cannot seem to find any more. Can anyone tell me are there any particular enemy's that one should be hunting for in order to get these loot parts to reeng for the disks?

The conventional wisdom is that 1% of all RE sessions regardless of level/type of loot drops a schem part. From my experiences that seems about correct. You may go weeks without one, and then get 3 of them in a night, it happens. In general it's easiest to deal with low level parts. There is just too much inventory management headache to keep up with high level parts. Also, there is less "cost" to RE'ing low level parts. A level 1 item after you RE is worth the same as before you RE, but everything else loses value (when selling to the chassis dealer) after the RE. It also appears that low level ships drop loot as fast or faster than high level spawns. So any mid level pilot can farm a tier 1 spawnpoint for parts fairly efficiently.
