Thread: Question about quality of Crystallized Bicorbantium Steel

I have done a little research and it seems that only shipwrights need thsi named resource. Please correct me if I am wrong. Also I am wondering, if this is a resource you use, what stats are important and what percent does each stat count for and what not? Thanks for any help.

Shipwrights are the only ones who need this specific resource, but as it's a form of steel with uncapped CD, I expect weaponsmiths will like the good spawns as well.
Personally, the OQ/CD combo are what I watch for in this steel (us shipwrights use a lot of stuff that takes OQ/CD, and until SSer's last spawn, it was all pretty mediocre), but the armor it's used in takes other stats which I don't remember offhand.. HR and SR? OQ and SR? I'll check later if no one answers in the meantime.

for shipwrights, we *need* it in reinforcement panels for armor - requires (hr)25% + (ut)75%
but as tomo said, i also watch this stuff for OQ/CD, last spawn was pretty decent.
