Thread: consumables market (missles, countermeasures etc..)

Anyone else seeing less and less of a demand for these? I have a guess for why its happening:
1 - The recent spike players getting free alts
2 - Respec tokens allowing someone to become master SW without the "fun" and expensive grind
I'm not too worried about it, its doubtful many will have time or desire to do the legwork required to keep their alts supplied with high quality components (which is where most of us focus anyway). But it still is a concern.
Thoughts?

huh.. I heard a few other smiths mention this, but all from my server. Price/quality are not the problem. Valcyn has a lot of good SWs, so it may just be more competition

I can't seem to make enough missiles, people buy them up like crazy. I think a lot of folks give countermeasures a try and give them up to save mass for more/bigger guns etc... (I've never been killed by alone missile attack in a PvE fight, it's usually when they gang up on me and thenit doesn't matter if it'sguns or missiles they're using)

every once in a while I talk with someone who relies on consummables. I just started selling them, and can't keep the launchers in stock, but then I can't keep anything in stock, so what's the difference?

I've heard a couple of people say that they don't use missiles- except on master level ships-in order to save a bit of mass.

Try finding MK III concussion missiles on Tempest. I just bought the last 2 off vendor search last night.

Nope, in fact I have seen a greater demand. However, I'm always going to win out in the Galaxy wide search because I sell the highest quality items.
