I've been looking all over for a link that I once had. I'm hoping someone else can point me inhe right direction. I once had a link to a site that listed the stat caps for different resources. Like the hard cap for Conductivity for Carbonite Steel and that sort of thing.

Can anyone help?

<cynicism> If it hasn't changed in a year, they've probably lost whoever knew how to code / modify it and my guess is that it's safe as anything ever possibly could be because everyone's scared of it. </cynicism>
