So, I've got a Beamrail Gauss that does 4950 max damage. (Pre RE)
I've got a lvl 10 w/ like 3.75 refire (Pre RE)
I've got lvl 10 weapons bordering on .8something VS. Shields / .8somethingVs. Armor (Pre RE)
I've got a second Beamrail w/ 44900 mass or so. (Pre RE)
Do I put it all together? I've got plenty of 'scrap' lvl 10 weapons, but what I really want to know is - since at this point anyone who has pre-nerf lvl 10's either quit or isn't selling - Should I keep looking for lower mass on this? It's going to be better than any other weapon I have onhand, but the 'uber-ness' of it will always bea question in my mind if I put the part in the tool too early.

Nice blasters you got there.
Doubt you're going to find anything much lower in the mass department, but you'll find something closer to 40k if you keep searching.

If you really wanna take a look at my parts house, head to my shop then keep going away from theed and look around a bit. There's a few guildhouses front to front, then "Mothmar's Huge Parts House Due to Terrible Game Design."* I'm planning on giving RE'ing a few hours tonight because crafting is broken.
* - I'm mildly embarrassed about the name, but I've stuck with it because to be a full-service shipwright you need that much storage AND MORE. It certainly isn't my fault that to run a small-scale player event that was fun for all involved I needed to stuff a vendor with parts. There is absolutely NO WAY for me to store as much as I want in game without owning 5+ accounts. You want to convince me you're building an amazing game, make it playable on all levels. Let me organize my parts how I want in an accessible, text based format if I like. I want adroid that loads parts intothe hangarby the packfull, organizes them into nice neat directories on racks in an unmentioned back of the hangar, and will give me a long TEXT BASED^ list ofparts with well-organized statistics so I can pull up all thelvl 10 blastersI own and know everything about them in one glance at a spreadsheet. THIS would begood game design. I've seen MUD's do it. And they did it for free.
^ - I'm sorry you hate giving anyone a text window for anything at any time, but all those polygonal item iconsare lagging the heck out of my machine. If I could turn 'em off, and have a list that looked good, that'd be great, thanks.

Yeah i dont like that i Have to have a vendor to store my parts but its so nice being able to bring up every level 8 gun, level 7 shield, level 4 capicator all at once with price filters. And i might just come by and check it out sometime.

Oh.... You manage it that way? I have it all thrown on my vendor when unsorted, and I keep parts stocked in my cabinets - One forlvls 1-6 each type, one for lvls 7-10 each type. When I save up for a while the cabinets tend to get cluttered, and they're pretty high up there on storage capacity now. If I could pull up my shop and put down a 5-lot house where it is, I would, but at this point I have so much stuff stored on my vendors around there I can't imagine moving it around.
I try to follow the 'rules' - although not stocking packs on vendors is more of a guideline - but in this case it's unbearably tough to go without space.

Yeah i guess if you have enough merchant to have enough vendors for all your stuff and if you have a couple extra its real nice for the parts storage. Only thing that isnt nice is that they can only stay up for sale for so long.

And then you sell it again. And again. Meh. It's not that great a deal, I wish i didn't have to do it.

That beamrail is insane for Dmg. Mine were 3800, 4200, and 4100 Respectifully. I think you got a really nice gun right there. That thing will RE right around 40k mass. damage will be nuts speed is great and efffectiveness are good. Make sure you have a good energy pershot one too as yo get 10 guns to mess with so make sure all of em count.

Think I'm going to wait on this - I've still got all those packs full of items sitting on my vendors....
My count is something like uh.... 1000-2000 ATM. Crazy huge piles of lewt. And people keep selling me cannons.

Yeh. 50 points was a lot at the time. I didn't expect anyone to actually sell me amazing guns, though. If I do find a few in bags, I'll end up tipping people some extra cash to be fair. The winner, for example, did not end up winning because he had a pile of points - he had dropped off less than two full bags, by my count.

And just for reference it takes me about fifteen minutes to half an hour to go through one pack of equipment at various levels, given the tell-hell my ingame life normally is... This is atrociously painful, and I'm going to need to streamline it a bit, but that's the way it is.
