Firstly, is there a performance difference between the types of POB weapons?

Secondly the in-flight repair of systems, can these repairs all be made with the generic repair kit or are they specific system repair kits needed?

POB weapons are like normal weapons. Null BoltBlaster is agains Shield and Armor same. The others are like Disruptor and Ion Cannon

Yes u can use the all purpose ship repair kit.

yeah, and it refers to a ship you can walk around in like the YT or Y-8 etc.

you'll need conduit repair kits in addition to the all purpose kits.
