I'm wondering what the general consensus is here because I think I have a fairly good reactor for my dunelizard its a mark 3 level 5 out put is 12,900 or so but it seems i still dont have enough power for a droid interface thing? yet my ship is only half of its total mass?
do they increase substantially?
what about for the yt1300 I cannot fathom reaching that mass and having enough power to sustain all the components?
anyone have any info on reactor output at higher levels or is it just my stuff takes up too much power as it is?

My MK I generates 12,349 power. I have seen looted MK I over 13k power.

Of course. Resource quality is the foundation for anything where experimentation counts. If you take a look at the parts lined up next to each other, its clear that the energy needs of parts done NOT increase that much...especially when compare to Mass. So it seems to me like a Reactor with about 15k output *should* meet any needs you put to it, regarless of the ship. I cant imagine needing more than 18k power ever.

The Mark IV, level 7 cert I had made has the following stats:
Armor: 434.3
Hitpoints: 866.3
Mass: 20139.4
Reactor Generation Rate: 16319.5
I don't know what materials the person that made it used. But she was a Master Shipwright, using a 44.49 Starship Crafting Station and I specified experimentation in reactor generation.. My Dunelizard has plenty of mass tospare but was a bit tight on the reactor.
