I Am Currently 1-0-0-3 and trying to RE 4Level 4Armor Pieces. I Get an Error msg: You do not have Skill to reverse Engeneer this. Whats the problem? My RE Lvl for defence systemsis 7. What am i Doing wrong or is it a bug?

Armour RE skill comes with chassis (and armour)not shields, you need to be 2xxx for lvl 4 components.
