Currently I am 4-1-1-0 and definitely a noob at shipwright. I haven't been able to RE any part yet. The only options I have is to Repair and examine. At what point will I have the option and do I need tools to do it? I have seen a lot of discussion about what RE does but none on how it is done. Also, should I RE all parts including the ones I make or just the looted items? Seems that its similar to slicing so I would guess that everything gets REed.
